WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS SESSION
This event is geared toward all clinician staff (including doctors, advanced practice clinicians, and nurses) that provide healthcare services to adolescents ages 10 to 17, including pregnant and parenting girls.

AFTER THIS SESSION, PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ABLE TO:
• Discuss how opioid misuse is impacting adolescents (including girls)
• Describe evidence based screening tools that work best in primary care settings and with adolescents and girls, including pregnant teens
• Explain how to implement the Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment/recovery support (SBIRT) model as it relates to providing services to youth
• Explain how to make a referral and navigate local recovery support resources
